Domain Registration

This tutorial will demonstrate how to register a domain on 82.com and have it automatically minted as an on-chain Domain NFT upon completion.

1. Access Domain Registration

   Visit the 82.com official website and click "Register Domain" on the homepage or navigation bar to enter the registration page.

2. Search and Select Domain Extension

   Enter the domain name you wish to register in the search box, select an extension, and click search. The system will display the registration availability and related recommendations.

3. Confirm Domain Availability

   If the domain is available, you can select it for registration immediately. If it is already registered, you may try a different name or a different extension.

4. Fill in Domain Template Information

   After selecting the domain, fill in or select a verified domain registration information template. If you haven't created a template yet, go to the Domain Template Management page to create one.

5. Confirm Order and Pay

   Enter the domain details page, select the registration period, and submit the order. The platform supports USDT for payment; specific payment methods are subject to the checkout page.

6. Registration and On-chain Minting

   Once the payment is successful, the registration request will be processed. After successful registration, the system will automatically mint the domain as an on-chain NFT, with no additional minting fees required from the user.

7. Completion

   The domain registration process is now complete. You can view, manage, and use your Domain NFT in the Asset Center.
